Job Type Part-time Description Reliable Home Care Providers, Inc. is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in their homes throughout the Chicago area . This part-time, field-based position is ideal for a clinician who values scheduling flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to build a caseload gradually with the support of an experienced and responsive administrative team. The Occupational Therapist will work with a diverse adult and geriatric patient population, delivering patient-centered care focused on improving functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
